TERMS OF PAYMENT
1.APPROVED CREDIT ACCOUNTS
a. Strictlly Nett 7 days
b. Strictly Nett 30 days from E.O.M.
2.NON APPROVED CREDIT ACCOUNT
In the absence of approved credit arrangements,payment for all goods must be made prior to the release of goods for delivery. A deposit, payable at time of order may be applicable at the seller's discretion.
The choice of payment terms is at the discretion of the seller. We reserve the right to withhold the supply of goods and services unless these terms have been met. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts.
Prices quoted or contained within any pricelists are exclusive of GST. All goods supplied within Australia will have GST added to the price shown.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to cost movements beyond our control.
An acceptance of an order by the seller as and shall always be deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of sale by the seller and the purchaser.
All goods remain the property of ACRIFAB Manufacturing Pty Ltd until receipt of final payment. In the event of default and the goods have been sold to a third party, ACRIFAB Manufacturing Pty Ltd retains the right to reclaim those goods. Debt recovery costs to be met by the purchaser.
Please note that all dimensions quoted are approximate only. Due to constant improvement of our products, we reserve the right to alter designs, materials or sizes without notice.Compliance and/or approval is to be the purchaser's responsibility in all respects.
Cancellation of items that are stock items are at the seller's discretion. For items that are specifically manufactured, it is not possible to cancel the order without reimbursing the seller for costs already incurred.
RETURN OF GOODS
Returns will not be accepted unless the items supplied are not in accordance with your order: are unused, and returned with in fourteen(14) days from receipt of goods.ACRIFAB Manufacturing Pty Ltd must be notified of any intention to return items with in seven(7) daysof receipt of goods.
PACKAGING
For larger items, prices do not include packaging. Packaging services are available.
